Book launch parties are quite rare these days unless you’re at the celeb end of the author spectrum, so it was a great treat to be invited to one. The picture shows Michael Leader and Jake Cunningham signing their new book The Animation Atlas at PictureHouse Central in London last night.
Seven years ago, the pair started their podcast Ghibliotheque, exploring the films of Studio Ghibli. The podcast soon expanded to cover a wider range of animation and animators, and now their seventh book explores animation all over the world.
